Morning moon

The start of the frosty mornings are heralding the coming winter and the ushering in of Christmas-tide.  The moon has been a prominent feature on the skyline, rising high above the tree tops as I walk to the bus stop.  Time to wrap up warm!

While Christmas shopping in a wet and wild Guildford, I found these delightful wicker deers sheltering from the rain in Tunsgate.

 

Cupcakes

Hectic week, with a number of meetings in London, though I am not sure I could do the “commuting” lark on a regular basis.

One of my meetings took me in the vicinity of the Hummingbird Bakery in Islington.  I have been past this shop on a number of occasions, but this time temptation got the better of me.

Four red velvet cupcakes made a welcome treat for our Thursday night supper.  The only problem was, who was going to fight over the remaining cupcake?
